A final spring term assignment for my LPN students was an 'Evolution of Nursing' Presentation.
Each group was assigned a different era in nursing and asked to present it to the entire Practical Nursing class. We had Florence Nightingale, Clara Barton, Dorthea Dix just to name a few... We had a re-enactment of nursing care during the attacks on Pearl Harbour... as well as some hippie nurses from the '70's... and all I have to say is... THEY WERE GREAT!! These are some great girls and it's been such a pleasure having them in class this year!! Super Job Ladies!
